Requested by *Hidden-Wolf97. She requested my interpretation of the offspring of an angel and a demon.
Probably a lot different from what you were expecting, but I view demons differently from the "traditional" evil, horns and fangs and claws, monster looking things. I think demons can have human-like appearances.
And while an angel and a demon might seem polar opposites, I also don't think demons are necessarily evil. I don't believe in things being inherantly evil (meaning that they're born that way)--I believe in evil, and goodness as well, being things that are taught to us.
Anyway, I like how this came out, apart from the fact that it's light on the screen since my scanner eats darkness. The angel components are of course the wings, whereas the demon side comes in with the tail, markings and ears. I really love how the wings came out, since I always struggle with wings and I like my "clever" shirt idea. XD Rather than just holes in the back of a shirt for wings, I went with an open-back concept, obviously. Perhaps a little chilly, but more room to move those feathery appendages.
I didn't know what to do for a background and I also don't know what the thing he's sitting on might be. I just didn't want him to be floating in air, so I sketched out the same structural piece as in the reference picture. Make of it what you will.

Love the shirt concept; makes a lot more sense to me than the alternatives. I'm loving the fusion. Very unique, and delightful. The sketch is beautiful.
